My name is Aleksei. I have lived in Montenegro since 2012, and over the years I have personally gone through everything my clients come to me with today: residence permits and renewals, company registration, diploma nostrification, taxes, banking, and dealing with the MUP and the tax office.

Since 2022, I have been responsible for HR and immigration at a Montenegrin branch of an international IT company: dozens of foreign employees, their boravaks, employment contracts, deadlines, and audits. Before that, I led the launch and relocation of the local CloudLinux branch — registering the legal entity, moving the team, and building processes from scratch. That is why I understand employee legalization not as a one-off service, but as daily operational work: where the process really gets stuck, which window at the municipality you need, which form goes to the tax office and in what order.

In that same year, 2022, I founded Adionika — to help individuals and companies navigate this path without unnecessary loss of time. Since then, we have registered several dozen companies and processed as many residence permits.
